As more eyes turn to China as a growing inbound travel market, NBTC is stepping up its efforts together with the Dutch travel partners by initiating the China Lab community. This communities aim is to identify, develop and run integral content, service and conversion strategies aimed at improving the overall destination experience of Chinese travellers.
From a co-creation perspective China Lab will develop a HollandCity Digital Platform which not only consists of online media but is a space where suppliers and sellers can digitally connect and do business.
China Lab is the community of partners and NBTC who move together to determine for which online opportunities we will for example develop new services, establish supplier-seller connections or enrich content, all to increase and strengthen the foothold of destination Holland as a whole in the Chinese market.
By initiating China Lab, NBTC aims to unlock the opportunities the Chinese online market offers to Dutch travel experience suppliers.
